"Sustainable Procurement Strategy"

In partnership with Global To Local, Jae Mather was retained to create and manage the Innovation in Sustainable Procurement program for the City of Birmingham. This reduced carbon emissions for largest local government authority in the EU, Birmingham City Council’s 65K social houses through designing energy efficiency Victorian home renovation strategy and a forensic assessment of the Councils opportunities for best practice renewable energy and lighting systems integration.

The City of Birmingham was subsequently awarded the funds to run a EU pilot for the Victorian social housing renovation strategy, which resulted in the UK’s largest renovation program.
